Tape speed, unless you specifically need the original length. It is the only mode where nothing is reconstructed, so it is the one that cannot introduce artefacts. Most people never notice the small speed difference.
Claims about healing or resonance frequencies are not supported by evidence, and this app makes none. What it does is precise: it moves the pitch to the reference you choose, cleanly. Plenty of people simply prefer how it sounds, and that is reason enough.
